
Meatoz believes in Customer satisfaction and "no questions asked return and refund policy" for issues relating to quality or freshness of its supplies. Customer may request for a refund/replacement within 24 hours of delivery of the products in case of any quality issues.
The mode of refund shall be as determined by Meatoz from time to time, such as, credit to Meatoz Wallet, or by crediting any other mobile wallet that you may use, or to the original payment source. However, considering the order value and challenges to refund for cash on delivery orders in particular, the refunds will be applied to the subsequent purchases or credited to Customers Meatoz wallet account.
